What shipping provider do you use?
I use USPS first class mail. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once it has been shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
If your jewelry item is ready to ship, it will get sent out 3-5 business days after purchasing. If the piece is made to order, a processing time is included, and will get shipped out within 2-6 weeks of purchasing.
Can I return an item?
I do not accept returns on jewelry. I hope that all of my customers are satisfied with the jewelry they purchase from me. For us to achieve that, please go through and read all jewelry descriptions, look at the photographs, and make sure that everything is the correct size. Exact measurements are always listed to better aid this process for you. If something happens to the ring that was an error on my end I will repair for free.
Can I request a custom piece of jewelry?

I would love to order a ring, but I don't know my size. How do I go about figuring that out?
I always recommend finding a local jewelry shop to have your finger sized at. They typically do this free of charge.
